• Orders made before 7am will be shipped from our warehouse the same business day.
• Orders made after 7am will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day.

Shipping Costs:

Our shipping costs (even our express) are flat rates meaning even if you load up on a bunch of heavy items, you only ever pay the flat rate.

• Australian standard shipping can vary from 2 to 7 business days. In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive approximately 5 business days from the purchase date.
• Australian express Shipping can vary from 2-5 business days depending on location. In most cases, you can expect your order approximately 2 business days from the purchase date.

New Zealand

• New Zealand standard shipping can vary from 7-15 business days.

Haven’t received your order?

If you have not received your parcel or believe there is an issue with the delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team so that we may assist you in the locating of your order.

Please be sure to double-check that you gave us the correct address, as this is common among returned orders.

Unclaimed Orders

If your order is returned to us as "unclaimed", we will contact you to let you know we have it and will happily ship it back to you for a flat rate of A$8.90. Otherwise, we can refund your purchase less the cost of shipping.
